How Can Technicians Access Customer Accounts?

As the dealer, you can create technician accounts.  This will allow your technicians access to create, edit and view customer information.


1) Log into the Alarm Dealer portal with your dealer credentials.


2) Once logged in, click on 'Create Account'


3) Click on the drop down arrow next to 'Account Type' and select 'Technician'


4) Generate a unique username and password, confirm the password and click 'Create User'.

5) Once the system accepts the username/password, your tech will use those credentials to log into the technician portal
